The Praise & Worship Center is happy to support families as they strive to raise their children to know and love Jesus, and to live as members of the Christian Community. Although our Sunday Worship Services are wonderful, moving and faith-filled, they are designed for adults. Children need and deserve an opportunity to experience God’s love for them at their level of understanding in a place where it’s ok to talk, sing, and play on the floor! Adults, too, need time to pray, meditate, sing and focus on God.
To meet the needs of our families, we provide the following at no charge:
- Childcare: Using a professionally trained staff and volunteers, children are cared for in a clean, safe, nurturing environment. Childcare is available during the Sunday service for infants and toddlers (through age 3), and for children through age 6 during adult education classes. For more information, contact Kathy Cooper at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Dig In K-6
- Every Sunday morning our children are invited to break open the Word of God at Building 4:12. Children will meet and explore the Word of God through games, skits, and crafts. They then join the main service for communion.
- Tough Topic Tuesdays
- Junior High and High School students are invited to join us in exploring the challenges of living the faith in everyday life. We explore and break open those tough topics young people are dealing with and give teens the Christian tools needed to stay closer to Jesus.
- SWAG (Serious Wild Agents of God)
Once a month children and junior high youth and their families are invited to Building 4:12 for fellowship and fun. There is dinner and then games, movies or fun-filled activities that give our young people a moving experience of Jesus.
