We are collecting cereal for Matthew’s Crossing through Thanksgiving Day. This is an incredible way to help those, especially with children, who are experiencing food insecurity and economic instability. We are looking forward to breaking records for cereal we bring in this year!

The Brother’s Ministry is meeting this Saturday from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, outside by the St. Francis statue. Food will be served! Our topic will be on how we are blessed in our lives, focusing on gratitude. Guys, you are encouraged to invite friends to this gathering of men from PWC.

Join us for our Thanksgiving Service on Thursday, November 25 at 10:00 am. This is a wonderful way to start your day of gratitude by giving thanks and praise to God. It will be In-Person and on Facebook Live.

Bible Study with Fr. Dale will be Sunday, November 28 from 8:45 am to 9:30 am in Building 4:12. The bible study will focus on the real meaning of the miracles in John.

The Season of Advent begins on Sunday, November 28 and runs through December 24. Remembering the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ, the real intent of Advent is to spiritually prepare us for the Second Coming of Christ. With that in mind and our commitment to assist all members of our community to grow in the love and peace of Jesus, we have written daily reflections based on sacred scripture. You will be able to find them on the front page of the PWC website beginning November 28.

Our Annual Christmas Raffle is starting Sunday, November 28. Tickets are $25.00 and you have the chance to win $2000.00 and donate $2000.00 to your favorite charity! The drawing will be held at the Christmas Eve Service on Friday, December 24 at the 5:00 pm Service.

Fr. Mike Lessard is available for pastoral counseling on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Please call the church office to make an appointment at 480-649-0300. We are blessed to have a wonderful resource in Fr. Mike!

Want to be inspired each week? On Mondays a new reflection comes out each week written by members of our community. Click on our Weekly Reflection Tile and be nourished. Here is the link: Weekly Reflections. This week Deacon Fred Pratt shares his insights. Next week we will hear from Deacon Peter Klemens.

If you have lost something, for example a bible, glasses, sweaters, etc., please check out the lost and found box located in the church.

We want to see you back at PWC, if your health permits! We would love to see you get more involved and physically here in person at PWC, especially Sunday worship at 10:00 am.

Love,
Fr. Dale and Pastor Mark
