Dear Friend,

Please read this important announcement, written in a spirit of love, peace, and discipleship:

As a member of the PWC community we ask you to make the commitment to In-Person Sunday Worship if your health permits. The chairs are socially distanced, and we are recommending individuals to wear masks. Some people who are perfectly healthy have told us, they are out and about in the community, and they prefer watching the Sunday Service on Facebook. They have reported to us it is just too convenient to roll out of bed and watch the service or watch it at another time when they can fit it into their schedule. The purpose of the “TV Ministry” on Facebook is to serve the needs of those who are homebound, have health issues concerning Covid-19, or are out of town.
From a biblical and theological perspective, it is important to remember when Jesus began his public ministry, he brought people together. Jesus realized being a follower of “The Way” would not be easy and we would need the physical and spiritual support of one another as part of a community. In today’s world, we need that support even more with all “the stuff” we are facing.
If you are in town, we look forward to seeing you in person on Sunday at 10:00 am. It is so vital we support one another in our Christian faith and physically gather as a community for worship every Sunday.

Join us tonight In-Person or on Facebook Live at 7:00 pm for our adult education class on the book Emotionally Healthy Spirituality. We have had two wonderful session and are looking forward to the final three: tonight, October 13 and 20. Here is the link to Facebook Live: PWC Facebook Page

Please come and join us for Contemplative Prayer in person at PWC or Zoom each Wednesday evening @ 6:00pm prior to the School of Emotionally Healthy Spirituality: ZOOM LINK.

Here are some October dates to put on your calendar:
Brothers’ Ministry: Saturday, October 16: 9:00 am to 10:30 am
