Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Children are our most precious gift. Yesterday, we witnessed a terrible waste of life in the murder of 19 children and two teachers in Texas.
|
Our hearts and our prayers go out to the families of those who lost their lives. We pray this epidemic of violence will stop and we call on our dear Jesus to heal our nation. We pray too, that we will learn to deal with mental illness in a way that prevents these events.
|
May God have mercy on us all.
