Dear Friend,

Mark Your Calendar
for Holy Week!

Good Friday,
April 15: 7:00 pm

Easter Sunday:
April 17: 7:00 am & 10:00 am.

We look forward to seeing you on these sacred days.

The scripture reading for Easter Sunday is John 20:1-9. Here is a summary of the reading: The story of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. It relates how Mary Magdalene went to the tomb of Jesus and found it empty. Jesus appears to her and speaks of his resurrection and dispatches Mary to tell the news to the disciples.

Please read, reflect, and pray with the passage before Sunday. Just as our pastors prepare by reading, studying, and reflecting on Sunday’s scripture passage, so should we. The music for this Sunday can be found on the top-right hand corner of our website.
To participate in our services online for Good Friday at 7:00 pm and Easter Sunday at 10:00 am, go to: PWC website and find the Facebook button at the top of our home page.

A Note from our new Children’s Minister Tami Heinl
I have a heart for service, I love people unconditionally and, I look to find joy in the in between moments life brings.
I have four amazing adult children, one awesome bonus son (son-in-law), a precious three-month-old granddaughter, and a husband who now lives in heaven.
I am not sure why things happen the way they do or why there is so much suffering in this world. What I do know is that we all have a purpose and an incredible God who loves us. I cannot think of a better way to spread His love and light than through serving and loving each other.
I have been involved in ministry most of my adult life and have been so blessed to serve alongside some beautiful souls. Having the opportunity to get to know you as well as the children of PWC is an answer to my prayers, as I continue to discover God’s new purpose for my life. Helping grow our children’s love for Jesus and teaching them how imperfectly perfect God made them excites me and fills my heart with so much joy.
I am grateful to have a spiritual family that I can celebrate, fall on my knees with and grow together in faith. Please know that I am here, I am excited, and I am ready to serve this community!
May you each experience God’s grace-filled moments every day and know that you are loved!
Please join us for Friday Nights with The Chosen. We will gather for dinner, the movie, study, and reflection in Building 4:12 as well. Here are the remaining dates: tonight, Fridays April 22, and 29. What Does It Mean to be Chosen?” come and see. Contact Deacons Cheryl or Karen for further information. It all starts at 6:00 pm!
