A Memorial for a Loved One: Several years ago, we gave our community the opportunity to memorialize loved ones by placing their names on the windows in the church and in the chapel. Now, we would like to make another opportunity available. We will be placing names of deceased loved ones on the front window behind the Jesus statue. The cost will be $250 per line. A combination of 30 letters and/or spaces can be used on each line. All donations are tax deductible and will be used to pay down the mortgage on our building. Checks should be made out to PWC. You can download the memorial form here:

Pentecost Sunday is next Sunday, May 23; we are asking everyone to wear RED which is the color of the Holy Spirit. We are planning on our service to be a “revival” and it will last approximately 90 minutes with inspirational music and preaching. A member of our community, Dennis Paschke, will be ordained a deacon during the service. Finally, whole donuts are going to be served on Pentecost Sunday!!!

Peanut Butter is needed for Matthew’s Crossing. On Sunday, May 30 we will be passing out bags for members of our community to purchase peanut butter for those who are served by Matthew’s Crossing. We are asking you to return the bags with peanut butter on Sundays, June 6, 13, or 20. Peanut butter is the most requested item for the homeless and food insecure because it is a good source of protein.

Bible Study Returns in June: Join us on Sunday mornings, June 6, 13, 20, & 27 from 8:45 am to 9:30 am for Bible Study with Fr. Dale in Building 412. Please put this on your calendars.

Thank you to Zoyo Yogurt for their gift of $2,000.00 to PWC from our yogurt fundraiser and social on Friday, April 30! We had a great time! Due to their generosity, PWC will be donating $1,000.00 to Mother Teresa’s sisters in Calcutta to assist in the needs the sisters have in ministering to the poor and abandoned.

As our community and society begin to open up your generous tithing continues the important work of PWC. It allows us to minister to those who are struggling and in need of spiritual, emotional, and financial support. Thank you for your financial support and prayers.

You can tithe in one of three ways:
Mail in your gift to: Praise and Worship Center, 2551 N. Arizona Avenue, Chandler, AZ 85225.
Donate on our web page: Donation Form.
Sign up for monthly giving with a credit card or voided check. Just call the office at 480-649-0300.

We are encouraging you to wear a mask for Sunday service and to social distance. Our community is in a high-risk category and we want everyone to be safe and have a positive experience at PWC. Thank you for being aware of the needs of others in our community.

Have a blessed weekend! We look forward to seeing you on Sunday morning at 10:00!

Fr. Dale and Pastor Mark
