Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 9. We have a leather book available for you to write the names of your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, stepmother etc., both living and deceased. We will honor them on Mother’s Day with a special blessing!

“Contemplative prayer is not so much a way to find God as a way of resting in him whom we have found, who loves us, who is near to us, who comes to us to draw us to himself.” Thomas Merton on Contemplative Prayer. Come join us Wednesday May 12 @ 6:00pm for Contemplative Prayer. We will meet both in person and Zoom using the link below. Participants will be guided through an experience of Leccio Divina leading to the Prayer of Quiet. Looking ahead through the summer we will continue to gather for prayer the second Wednesday of each month also at 6:00pm.

Night of Prayer in Honor of National Day of Prayer: Wednesday, May 5 at 7:00 pm, In-Person or Facebook Live. It will be a time for prayer, music, and praise. We especially will be praying for our country.
National Day of Prayer: Thursday, May 6th, 11:00am - 12:00pm: Worship Center. Theme: Lord Pour Out Your Love, Life and Liberty.

It is good to see so many members of our community returning! Many have received their Covid-19 vaccine and are comfortable being out and coming back to Sunday services. We want you to be present on Sunday when you feel comfortable and safe. We look forward to you being with us on Sunday morning!

We are encouraging you to wear a mask for Sunday service and to social distance. Our community is in a high-risk category and we want everyone to be safe and have a positive experience at PWC. Thank you for being aware of the needs of others in our community.
