Our in-person services continue this Sunday, March 28 at 10:00 am, Palm Sunday. Our scripture reading is the reading of the Passion of Jesus. To participate in our service online, go to: PWC website and find the Facebook button at the top of our home page.

Please Note: For Palm Sunday, if you are not able to attend in person, due to health or safety concerns, you can stop by the church from 8:00 am – 9:30 am, drive by and pick up your palms.

Lent is a time for reflection and preparedness. It is a time to fully and consciously enter the Paschal Mystery. All are invited to join us for Contemplative Prayer this Wednesday evening, March 31 at 6:00 pm on Zoom only. We come together to Listen to God’s Word (Lectio Divina) followed by a time of communing with and resting in Holy Presence. It is a graced experience to truly be with God, and one another, for the greater sake of our world. Here is the link: ZOOM LINK.

Our Prayer Retreat on Zoom is this Saturday, March 27th at 10:00 am with Deacons Cheryl Armstrong and John Null. Destination: Complete Dependence on God. Join us on Zoom: ZOOM LINK.

Holy Saturday Morning Retreat (in person) with Andy Sullivan on The Prayer of Presence. April 3 from 9:30 am–12:00 pm.
Easter Sunday: April 4, please remember we will have two services: 7:00 am Sunrise Service Outside and 10:00 am Inside on Facebook Live or in-person.

Your tithing to the PWC makes a difference in the lives of so many people. Your giving permits us to continue to minister to those who are struggling with food insecurity, economic issues, loneliness, and sickness. It also allows outreach through our social media ministry! Mosaic Art Fundraiser: Sunday, April 11: 12:00 pm—5:00 pm. Make your own small mosaic art panel to take home. All supplies to be provided. Bring something to drink and eat. Pastor Mark is here to help you sign up for the COVID-19 vaccine. If you are having trouble navigating the site, please call Pastor Mark at the office, 480-649-0300, and he will assist you. Pastor Mark has helped over 170 people sign up for the Covid-19 vaccine. Way to go Pastor Mark! Here is the link to register for the vaccine for Covid-19: https://podvaccine.azdhs.gov/. It is so good to see members of our community returning to Sunday worship! Many have received their second vaccine and feel comfortable being out. With that said, we only want you to be present on Sunday when you feel comfortable and safe.
Please note the following for Sunday services:
Social distancing guidelines will apply.
Temperature checks will be done at the doors.
All entrances to the church will be open.
The chairs are socially distanced, and everyone will need to wear a mask.
Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at our entrances.
If you are planning on attending in-person, please do not arrive until after 9:30 am.

Please pray for healing in our world. We pray for the speedy distribution of the Covid-10 vaccine. We remember those who are grappling with the loss of a loved one, those battling economic issues, and food insecurity.
